Once we receive your submission, we typically complete our review and get back to you within 5–7 business days, depending on the location and documentation status.

It depends. After reviewing your initial submission, a representative might schedule a site inspection to physically verify the location, size, and accessibility of the land. In other instances, we will proceed without a physical inspection as our software enables us to access substantial information leveraging Google Maps, local council information, and other land insights.

Factors like location, accessibility, land title, market demand, and intended use all play a role in determining land value. We provide transparent feedback during valuation.
